Veldig fint og ryddig hotel. Alle rom er med veldig høy standard. Hyggelige og hjelpsomme folk i resepsjonen. Veldig god mat på restauranten nede i første etasje. Helheten ødelegges dessverre av bar oppå takterrasse. Ukompetente servitører som kranglet både med meg og mine gjester som hadde lyst å ta en drink eller 2. Ikke hjelpsomme og viser null interesse for gjester. Ventetid på drinker tar evighet.

Pent hotel
Pent hotell med rene og pene rom, og flott interiør. God beliggenhet i Warszawa sentrum med gangavstand til gamlebyen. Litt dårlig kundeservice. Roomservice stenger 22:00 og etter dette er det svært vanskelig å bare få seg en flaske vann. Rooftop-baren var utrolig treg og lite hjelpsom. Vi måtte vente 20 minutter for to flasker vann i baren. Men god frokost med greit + utvalg.

Fantastic!
I and had the pleasure of staying in the executive suite. The design and decore was tasteful and modern. The bed was quite comfortable and the overall layout of the suite was well designed. Breakfast buffet was ok, but i ordered an avacado toast with poached egg which was simply excellent. One drawback of the hotel was that the hotel bar closed early (0100 on a sunday) and there were no other possibilities for a night cap. The mini bar was unstocked, which i always find a bit odd when staying in a suite. But overall i was very pleased with the staff and the room and i will definetely concider PURO whenever i am back in Warszaw

Hotellet fortjener en stjerne til
Utelukkende positiv opplevelse med PURO! Stilfullt, rent, høflig personal, gode senger og eksepsjonell frokost!! Å kunne bestille barista og avokadotoast fra frokost meny-utenom buffet- og uten ekstra kostnad. Det er 5 stjerners. For oss var hotellet en høydare på turen.

Great stay in Warsaw
We had a great stay at Hotel Puro in Warsaw. The hotel is situated close to a number of restaurants, bars and cocktail clubs. It's also easy walking distance to the old city and the river. The hotel is very comfortable, the service great! We tried the massage in the spa area - recommended! The bar upstairs is also very nice, looks great both indoors and outdoors! Would highly recommend this hotel!

Hotell med delikate rom
Et behagelig hotell med delikate værelser mht farger og interiør. Meget god frokost. Spiste middag i restauranten på hotellet. God mat, men utrolig små porsjoner til relativt høy pris til Warszawa. Jeg vil ikke anbefale restauranten, men ber prøve restaurantene, som ligger rett over gata.

Superfornøyd
Overnattet 5 netter på dette hotellet. Rask innsjekking med hyggelig betjening. Rommet var fint med komfortable senger. Rommet hadde en egen praktisk tablet der man kunne styre tven, bestille roomservice, få informasjon etc. God frokost også. Hotellet ligger sentralt så det er mye mat, shopping og sightseeing i området, men litt gange må man beregne til gamlebyen (ca. 30 min). Alt i alt veldig fornøyd med oppholdet og kunne absolutt tenke meg å bo her neste gang jeg er i Warsawa.

Flott nytt hotell som ligger sentralt i Warszawa. Kort vei til trikk, buss og metro. Frokosten var upåklagelig, deilig ferskt brød og mssse pålegg, frukt og varme retter som omelett. På toppen av hotellet ligger et romselig baromrpde med en «rooftop» hvor man kan nyte deilige drinker etc. Veldig hyggelig personell som gjør sitt ytterste for at du skal få et hyggelig opphold. Anbefales!

Topp hotell i Warszawa
Hotellet er helt fantastisk, både resepsjonsområde, rommene, restauranten og baren på toppen. Alt er nytt, delikat og smakfullt innredet. Topp moderne hotell. Det jobber veldig unge mennesker der, alle er høflige, korrekte og profesjonelle, men trenger mer erfaring og kunnskap da de virker noe usikre. Eneste minus var at det manglet kaffe- og teutstyr på rommene. Man måtte ned i resepsjonen og hente kaffe/te.

Veldig sentral. Nær sentral togstasjon. Nær hoved gaten til den gamle byen. Nytt hotell med fine rom. Utrolig hyggelige personell. Frokost var veldig godt og variert. Komfortable senger og nye, moderne rom. Anbefales!!!!
