«Fantastic bach right on the estuary. Great for a family weekend away. Kitchen and bathroom have been renovated and modernised. Heat pump, heaters and fire made the bach very warm and cosy. Karitane has a wonderful peninsula walk and the boys enjoyed fishing off the wharf and kayaking in the estuary.»

«We booked the house for my birthday. My plan was to relax and have some quality time with family and our two dogs. The location is spectacular and the house was warm, clean and very thoughtfully appointed. The amenities were great, from stove to coffee machine. The one and only disappointment was the tv, but who needs a tv being in such a beautiful spot! A huge bonus point I want to give for friendliness, responsiveness and great communication with the owner/manager! Well done! We’ll be back!»

«The house is nestled in a beautiful, tranquil garden. The house itself has stunning printed high ceilings and had everything we needed to make our stay memorable. I would recommend letting guests know beforehand there's no off-street parking and the walk up to the house is on quite a steep incline making it quite difficult for people with disabilities or the aged. All taken into consideration we would love to stay there again.»

«This was a wonderful stay with great views of the bay. The house had plenty of room for the 5 of us. Great kitchen for cooking dinner, with nice table with room for all of us. The living room had nice large TV screen, but also great views overlooking the bay and Dunedin. Spent two nights, but could have easily spent more.»

«Glenn's place is paradise! The view, the house, the astronomy lesson in a spa overlooking the ocean, and on our last night we had a Southern Lights solar spectacular that we don't think we will ever see again. 360 degrees solar light show. Glenn is so helpful and we really had everything we need! This stay was beyond words really.»
