«The cottage was beautiful, well equipped, comfy, cosy, well situated and an absolute gem! Go no further than Frinton Escapes! My first time and the cottage was ideal. Close to ALL amenities in a close, so quiet but everything on its doorstep. Great history behind it too. If you do t go, you will be the loser! »

«This is a lovely cottage that combines an old setting with modern features. It is well equipped and clean and matches the details perfectly.Christina is really helpful, responsive, and accommodating. The village is small with just a church and a busy pub serving good food. Woodbridge is a short car journey away with all the amenities you need.»

«A very cosy, comfortable place to stay to explore the surrounding area. Just a few minutes from beaches, local towns and historic places to explore. Lamb Barn had everything we needed for a week's stay and the owners were very helpful and approachable. As others have mentioned the noise from the road was the negative. Dog friendly with an enclosed garden and super dog bean bag that out wee dog loved.»
