«Great location. Excellent for walking into the city. Felt safe there and no issues whatsoever with noise. Communication excellent with owner Martin. The flat is a little worn and I would remove the word amazing from the description. Carpet in hallway needs replacing. Microwave inner was undesirable. Floor tiles in bathroom are loose. The apartment is roomy. Bed is comfortable but very low to rise from. The lift was welcome so no lengthy walk upstairs. Bath was very clean. We visited Leeds during ...

«As ever great team and accommodation . Price and location excellent. I have used this facility several times for work + and will be back again.»

«We stayed for a event stay. West Yorkshire was the main reason we picked the hotel. Really liked the bar. Didn't expect to enjoy the central access as much as we did. Exactly what we needed.»

«The apartment was good, but the company took a 100 GBP damage deposit (it was supposed to be a hold but the money was debited from my account). They then claimed not to have actually taken the money (despite evidence to the contrary) and despite acknowledging the need to return the damage deposit claim to have done so without actually having done so (because they claim it was just a hold). «I booked this stay to go to a concert at the nearby Brudenell Social Club (5-10 minute walk) and it was the perfect choice. Excellent communication with the host made the check in process very smooth. I strongly recommend it.»

«Good location, cozy environment,»

«We really enjoyed our stay here. The location was fantastic, right in the centre and so convenient for getting around. The apartment was lovely and clean, and we felt very comfortable during our stay. There were just a couple of small things worth mentioning — the fan in the bedroom was a little noisy, and the window didn’t block out all the light in the morning. But these were minor things, and overall we had a really lovely stay. We’d happily stay here again!»

«Easy check in and check out for a short stay. There is a washing machine but no dryer.»

«The location was excellent with easy access to restaurants and public transport into Leeds / harrogate if needed. The furnishing in the apartment is a little sparse, working hours would have benefited from a dining table. But if you’re planning to be out and about all day this is a great place to stay. »

«Absolutely great property, had everythign we needed and it exceedong our expectations. Great host, chnaged our dates for us at the last minute (we're very grateful!). Really fabulous place, pictures dont donit justice! »

«The room was clean and the staff was very helpful especially Barbaea.»
