«I wanted the authentic Japanese experience and I got it with this property. Small apartment, small living with 2 adjustable sofa a simple tv and a small tables. As seen on tv guys. The beds are upstairs 2 beds 🛏️. In nakano area couple station away from Shinjuku Tokyo. There's a family mart and a grocery store at walking distance. As a barber shop close by, I shaved there. «Stayed here for the first week of our trip, and loved it! A simple set of stairs away from the nearest seven eleven, which made it so nice to just be able to get what we wanted whenever we wanted it. Two very minor gripes, that aren’t enough to lower the rating, but to give warning of the layout of the house.. Firstly, the shower is situated in the kitchen. «The only complexity was obtaining all of the details of the stay. They sent a link to a Google Drive with 6 PDF files detailing getting to the place and opening the door. I had to call to ask them to send the link after I emailed a full copy of my passport. They have some laundry facilities (a washer, no drier) but you must provide your own detergent. I only stayed one night, so had no time. Definitely could accommodate 4 travelers; I was there by myself. The interior was great.»

«Price is amazing and the town is very pretty with plenty of restaurants and major train station near by (6 minute walk). Place is clean and well kept. Mini fridge, electric stove and washer in the bathroom. The dryer option of the washer doesn’t work, so I wouldn’t even try. I ended up hanging the clothes on a clothes rack that’s provided for some of my laundry which was adequate. The property manager never took long to reply to any of my messages. «This property is alright, if you are on a short stay. If you are staying for 3 or more days, I do not suggest as this is an unmanned property. I only got to know after booking was confirmed! «一開始差點找不到，其實從東急大井町線戶越公園車站（OM-03)雖然距離遠一點點但是相對比較好走。 房東回覆訊息速度快，房屋設備超級齊全，空間也很大，洗衣機是洗脫烘，每天洗衣服就不需要帶太多衣服，房間衣架很多，廚房的廚具鍋具非常齊全，還有微波爐、烤箱、大餐桌，真的有讓人回到家的感覺，以後有機會一定會再到這邊住宿。»
