«Onsite hosts Sam and Moreen were so wonderful! We got all the inside tips about Pacific Harbor from them including beach access, where to buy fresh fish and activities in the area. Moreen made me cassava so that I could learn to cook with it and Sam brought is fresh coconuts when we were by the beautiful (and huge) landscaped pool. «The staff was always friendly and engaging but the service wise at the bars and restaurants was slow. It takes ages before they will reach out and offer a drink or food menu. The hotel doesnt provide any tours and doesn’t collaborate with the travel agencies to offer such services. They dont have any entertainment either, it feels like you stay in the retirement community. 🙃 It is centrally located within the walking distance to the major institutions and downtown area.»

«I stayed for 4 nights and I was very satisfied with this establishment. I was given the downstairs floor space that had three rooms and two bathrooms. It's a great location, close to town, and walking distance from a pharmacy and small shop. The staff was very kind and responsive. The building was clean and cozy. The showers have hot water, the TV has a few channels to watch for free and WiFi is provided. The laundry washer was a must along with the space near by for hanging clothes. The pool ...
