«We had such an amazing time at this property. We have stayed before at Kolea. It’s the perfect place for families and relaxing. Walking distance to food and market, yoga, farmers market, etc. The pool is not too deep and very relaxing. Hot tub is lovely. «We stayed a week at the Kanini Estate and had a fabulous time. The home was in a superb location and accommodated our family perfectly. The property managers were friendly and helpful. «Great location for attending a wedding. I stayed with my adult daughter and son...we had plenty of privacy and space! Kitchen has everything and the BBQ grill on the lanai was nice to have. AC is good and furniture and bedding were all comfortable. It's quiet, except if there are guests walking upstairs. The covered garage was nice with all the beach gear. Check in and out was easy. Amy was helpful and quick to respond. We really had a great stay!»

«The condo was paradise! Great location and amenities. We ate all our meals in the well appointed kitchen and lanai. It’s a 3 minute walk to the community pool or beach. I can’t say enough how happy we were with our stay.»

«Size, location and views! The 3rd bathroom was a bonus for our family of four with plenty of room to spread out, making it a economical option for 5-6. We liked the smaller condo complex as opposed to the nearby, pricey Hilton (spent a day there and would not return). «It is a good value for the money and the price reflects it. Yes, as the previous reviews mentioned, this condo needs updating. You can see it in photos so there is no need to complain about something obvious. It is a spacious unit with a large balcony and awesome views! Convenient location within walking distance to shops, restaurants and A-Bay. We enjoyed our stay :-)»

"Nice property in a nice, well kept community. Fairway Villas is not a resort, but a community with privately owned condos. The short term condos scattered amongst private vacation homes or more permanent residences are best suited for families that wish a peaceful dwelling. No housekeeping, towel or bedlinnen changes included, you get a set per resident at arrival. The inhouse "classic US" GE laundry machine worked as quickly and poorly as expected, but it helped us keeping towels and sweaty t-shirts in ok condition. We had a great stay"
