«We have stayed at The Graduate in Cincinnati more than a dozen times. This stay we booked 2 rooms. The rooms themselves are great…comfortable beds and spacious living areas. However one room received room service the first day (making beds & straightening the bed), the other did not. We asked at the desk and they apologized and took down our room number. The 2nd night, the same thing happened, 1 room just towel service, the other, nothing. I don’t mind not having my bed made, but clean, ...

«Our room was clean, workers helpful and pleasant, pool was shut down our last day there so completely bummed as that’s what we had planned after we went to the game. They stress it is a no party, no smoking hotel however we smelled marijuana the ENTIRE time we were there. The elevators were STRONG, and the top floor must be the pot floor»

«I liked the fact that the staff was always extremely helpful and they're at a moment's notice if you needed them. I also liked the fact that little Park was right across the street and was a beautiful Park. I also really like the fact that I felt safe to walk outside at night to walk my dogs. I did love the fact that the hotel was very pet friendly. The only drawback was they did not have a swimming pool or sauna.»
