Year Round Waterfront Lake Cottage

Come relax at our lakefront rustic, cozy home/cottage. Enjoy the early morning sunrise with a day filled with swimming in crystal clear water, kayaking, canoeing and more. End your day with a gorgeous sunset and s'mores by the fire. Great leaf-peeping in fall! We are nestled within almost 400 acres of conservation land state forest that offers with hiking and biking trails. We are centrally located between New York & Boston. We are 25 min. to Mystic Seaport & Aquarium. 30 min.to RI Beaches, 20 min. to Foxwoods Casino with an outlet shopping, 30 min. to Mohegan Sun Casino ( both casinos have great restaurants and many live shows).

The view is spectacular, the lake is very clean, and if you love birds we have ospreys and can sometimes catch a glimpse of a bald eagle passing by! Whether you want to relax, explore nature, or visit area sites you have the best of all worlds.

We are excited to share our home with you for what will surely be
a memorable time.

There are three bedrooms: ( all rooms have wall a/c's during summer months)

Bedroom One : a king-size bed

Bedroom Two: Full-Size bottom Bunk and a top twin bed.

The third bedroom is upstairs two twin beds bunk beds
There is one full bathroom with a full shower/tub

There is a washer/dryer available and a propane gas grill. There is
also a canoe and paddleboat for your use located down at the lake. We have all you need for a day at the beach including chairs and sand toys. Bikes for riding. We have wifi and internet TV available in the main living area and in the master bedroom.

During the winter months, we also have a gas fireplace to give you some extra heat and ambiance:)

* Please note the location comes up at New London, but the house is in Voluntown, Connecticut

* This is lakefront property, and neighbors are very close. No parties and property os recommended for no more than 5 for optimal comfort.
