«One of the worst hotel ever stayed at. The employies are rude and no service was given. Every day a group of workers that stayed at the hotell sat outside smoking and drinking by the pool. 1 ice machine in hole hotell, that was out of order the whole stay(7 days) Had a king room reservated but was given a 2 queen. A hole lot other issues to. A good advice FIND ANOTHER HOTEL in the area. We will never return!!!!»

«The front desk picked up the phone, after midnight, and conversed with me. This is often a difficult expectation from other hotels. The front desk clerk seemed to care about my concerns to establish a late arrival, and seamless check-in, for my girlfriend (who had travel delays/difficulties). «I booked the room late Saturday night and traveled to the hotel. Once I arrived the staff informed me that the hotel was being renovated and that we couldn’t use any of the facility. Also we had to walk around the building to get to our room because the hallways were blocked off. Breakfast was terrible and extremely limited. When I mentioned to the staff that hotel wasn’t worth the price they said they had sent an email out 30 minutes prior to my arrival to warn me of all the renovations. I will ...

The staff offered a "suite" they claimed could accommodate 5 adults — it had one king bed and two chairs that pulled out into a single child-sized bed. That is not a suite for 5 adults. «I had a really good stay at the Marriott Fairfield in Coppell, Texas. The hotel was very clean, the staff was friendly and welcoming, and the overall experience was great from check-in to check-out. Housekeeping also did an excellent job keeping the rooms clean and refreshed throughout my stay, which was definitely appreciated.
