Welcome to Villa Julia, a luxurious retreat built in 2018 featuring high-end designer furniture and exceptional attention to detail. With over 206 m² of elegant living space spread across two floors, this exclusive villa offers the perfect blend of comfort and style, accommodating up to 8 guests.
On the ground floor, guests are welcomed by a fully equipped modern kitchen, a dining area that opens onto a sunlit terrace, and a spacious living room featuring a cozy fireplace. Also on the ground floor, guest bathroom is available, aswell astwo stylish double bedrooms, each with a private ensuite bathroom. One of the bedrooms is wheelchair accessible, featuring an adjustable bed and a barrier-free ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower, handrails, and an adjustable sink.
Upstairs, you’ll find two additional double bedrooms, each with its own elegant ensuite. The master bedroom includes a private terrace with view on the adriatic sea and the charming old town of Visnjan – the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening.

Just outside Umag, in Savudrija, stands Croatia’s oldest lighthouse, built in 1818. Legend has it that an Austrian count had it constructed for a Croatian woman he fell in love with, though she sadly never saw it.
