  • Relax in the charming Villa Noce located in the untouched greenery of central Istria. The villa can accommodate up to 8 people making it perfect for a larger family or group of friends.

    Combining modern and traditional design, this villa offers everything you need for an unforgettable vacation. There are four beautifully decorated bedrooms with attached bathrooms, two on the ground floor and two on the first floor. The spacious living room with a fireplace entices you to laze around all day. A fully equipped kitchen with a dining table for 8 people and direct access to the terrace awaits you for pleasant evenings in the company of those closest to you.

    The outdoor area is a great place to relax and enjoy throughout the day. There is a large swimming pool with sun loungers, where you can dry or simply soak up the sun. In addition to the rest area, in this beautiful green yard, you can also find a grill area with an outdoor dining table, for preparing delicious meals and tasting local wines.

    Pets upon request with an additional charge.
    A refundable damage deposit is required in cash upon check-in.

Wir hatten 11 wunderschöne Tage in dieser Traumvilla - alles hat perfekt gepasst - das Haus, die Einrichtung, die bequemen Betten, die Raumaufteilung, die sanitären Einrichtungen, der Garten, die Ausstattung und natürlich der tolle Pool, der täglich genutzt wurde. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war jederzeit möglich - auch der Hausmeister kam kurzfristig vorbei um z. B. eine Reparatur durchzuführen oder den Pool zu reinigen. Wir können die Location zu 100% weiterempfehlen - gerade für eine Familie mit Großeltern, Eltern und Kindern - jeder hat seinen Rückzugsort und auch die Küche, das Ess- und Wohnzimmer - alles top! In jedem Schlafzimmer gibt es ein TV Gerät mit deutschen Sendern. Die Lage ist auch ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Trips in die Umgebung - Porec, Rovinj, Pula, Umag, Rijeka - alles ist in max. 30-60 Minuten Fahrt zu erreichen. Neben den Handtüchern für die Bäder sind auch Badehandtücher für den Pool vorhanden. Alles in allem - absolut TOP!!!

We absolutely loved our stay in this beautiful Istrian villa and would visit again. The villa and its location are ideal for a quiet getaway that is only a 20-30 minute drive from great beaches, historic towns, and lots of wineries. The villa itself was amazing — it had all the basics and comforts we could ask for: the bedrooms were spacious and comfortable, with air conditioning in each room and windows with screens that could be opened to let in the fresh country air; the bathrooms were modern and had great water pressure; the kitchen was fully stocked with all sorts of utensils, a full stovetop, and basic condiments, and made it easy to cook anything we wanted; the living room and dining room setups was very comfortable and had lots of room to move around (which was ideal as one of the people in our group was in a wheelchair); and outside, the pool and patio areas had lots of loungers, chairs, and patio furniture for relaxing by the water or having breakfast on the shaded patio. The villa was not only functional but beautiful — from the outside it had a charming rustic style, surrounded by olive trees in the yard and flowerbeds of rosemary, lavender, and sage. We also found the shaded parking area very convenient (fits two cars). We are more than happy to recommend this beautiful villa to future guests.
