«Great hotel, loved the location for canyoneering and whale sharks. Owner was super nice and asked us if everything was good daily. Breakfast was included and very good. Ate at the restaurant for dinner twice and food was great. Recommend!»

«The hotel is quite dated and the room we got was quite dirty. You're not really getting what you're paying for here. We highlighted the key issues to the reception and ask that we'd cancel our stay and refund us at least a portion of the stay, but they refused.
The key issues are really:
- Beds are rock hard, literally like laying on hard floors.
- The back wall of our room was dirty with a massive brown/dark stain across the wall.
- The bathroom was dated and not well cleaned.

«Recommend to stay here 2 nights for relaxation. Negative: I had 13 visitor (daily use). We booked 12nn for lunch. We were in the restaurant at 11.45 but we got the food almost 1.30pm. we sat and waited. The served the drinks around 1.10 pm. It's terrible. We lost almost 2 hours for nothing . We will not come back for group daily use here. Food combination "bicol express and Binignit for dessert" sometimes are not a good combination because of the coconut milk. »
