«This is a time share property. When we checked in, we were made to go to another desk to, "get the keys." Well, surprise, surprise, this was when we met with the "concierge" who was signing us up for a 90 minute meeting for 9 am the next day to learn all about Club Wyndham. «The rooms were clean, and the layout of the resort is really nice. The front desk staff and concierge have excellent customer service skills. We ran into a situation at the resort that left my family with no water pressure which became an inconvenience for approximately 12 hours. Overall, I would recommend.»
