«Pro: good location. Unfortunately the beach in front of the hotel was completely closed for some upcoming event. I wish we had known that. Housekeeping every day Free parking Wifi worked well Decent price Double jet tub was nice Con: the A/C sounds like a freight train and when the wind was blowing, it sounded like a freight train with the hounds of Baskerville onboard. Front office reeked of cigarette smoke.»

«Location is perfect. The building desperately needs new furniture and updates. However, the the room was clean. The balcony had lots of trash on it and the grassy area between the building and the ocean had a ton of trash that should be picked up. Staff is very friendly and helpful. We were there four nights, but nobody came to clean the room one time or take out trash. . We had to constantly ask for new towels and toilet paper and sheets.»

«The room had a smell as pets lived inside .Which when u went to the desk he stayed that’s the cleanest and so I need a smell good to hang up.I was kind of disappointed.But my mom used to be a housekeeper so she brought products and cleaned it up.We also paid for a queen size bed but we received full.But the best thing about this place was the pool it was nice and cleaned everyday and we had a wonderful time inside because the beach was super hot .I would rate this place 5/10»

«Great little bed and breakfast. Loved the room and how clean everything was. Also great that the cottage was super close to the beach and provided beach towels for guests. Cottage also provided breakfast and parking. Would love to stay again!»

«The front desk staff on day #2 was rude and unprofessional. We asked for more towels and wash cloths and was asked "did you request room service?" We said that we didn't know that we had to "request" room service. He then pulled a sign off the wall that wasn't in an area that we were in to see that said that you had to request room service by 1000am and that there was no room service available after 500pm. He wouldn't even give us the towels and wash cloths requested. They only supply you ...

«I had a very small room and the bathroom sink did not work at check-in. It did not get repaired until the next morning. »

«Overall excellent experience as usual! However, the only issue was the room next to mine was really loud and I had my kids with me so it made it challenging trying to get them to go to sleep at a decent time. I reserved a suite and did not expect to have that issue. Other than that the stay was great. I will be back, but I will ask to have a quieter person stay next to me.»

«When we first pulled up we both were a bit iffy about the appearance. However, once we got into our room and checked everything out we realized it really wasn’t as bad as we thought. The room itself was very comfortable and clean. The staff were honestly the greatest. Always helpful, accommodating, polite and kept up a decent conversation. It was the perfect location could see the Neptune statue and the pier from our room. Thoroughly enjoyed it and can’t wait to visit again!»
