«I had requested early check in. No worries if it’s not available but to be told “your room will be ready in five minutes” for 1.5 hours is completely unacceptable. We could have gone to dinner but instead we had to rush to our event without showers or dinner while we watched so many people check in. «The room had a smell as pets lived inside .Which when u went to the desk he stayed that’s the cleanest and so I need a smell good to hang up.I was kind of disappointed.But my mom used to be a housekeeper so she brought products and cleaned it up.We also paid for a queen size bed but we received full.But the best thing about this place was the pool it was nice and cleaned everyday and we had a wonderful time inside because the beach was super hot .I would rate this place 5/10»

«The place is a crackhouse …..not a place to stay on vacation especially with a family and young children. There was a party outside my room and I was afraid to open the door. Thank God I had my Dog with me, she is a good watchdog so I felt a little better. Stayed one night not two as planned.»

«Elevator did not work. Just work day we checked in , was on 5th floor. So up and down the stair trying to take stuff to beach and back up to room. 4 days with out it , and the parking is across the street. Which is fine, just make sure your parking pass is showing, evertime we tried to leave for dinner tow truck trying to snag cars blocking the way .»
