«It's pretty basic, but for the price, for the location, for the size of the room, and for the view of the beach, It's very nice. Yes it's an old place, you'll notice if you look real close at the caulk around the tub, or the shower head, or see the touch up jobs on the ceiling, you get how old the place is.
