This level includes 2 bedrooms, each furnished with 1 double bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, both also providing access to the terrace and the swimming pool. A shower and WC complete the ground floor facilities.

The upper floor presents a second living and dining room of 20 square metres equipped with a satellite TV and air conditioning, with access to a balcony. A bedroom on this level features 1 French bed measuring 140 cm in width and 200 cm in length, its own satellite TV, and access to the balcony. An open kitchen on this floor is fully equipped with an oven, dishwasher, 4 gas rings, a kettle, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. A shower and WC serve this floor.
