«We booked for 7 people - in the description it said it was 3 beds and a sleeping sofa. When we arrived it was only 6 pillows and no sleeping sofa. Not enough towels either. It was hard to Get in touch with the owner, but in the end he got us another pillow ( still missing towel) owner did not take responsibility for not having beds, towels or pillows enough. One of us had to check in ti another hotel. The stay would have Been perfect if it was enough sleeping space, enough towels and pillows ...

«Didnt get any information about how to check in. We had to contact them right before arrival. And When we checked in, it was very shady. The security told us to put the bags certain places like they were hiding something. The apartment was ok. Little bit old stuff. TV in living room was bad, Didnt work properly. Bed was really hard. Pillows was very high. The view was nice. Location is good. They Didnt tell us how to check out either. And they kept asking us When we checked out and the cleaners ...

«We love the five days staying in Piano hotel. Receptionist arranged to have breakfast earlier when we are departing early for Chi Cu tunnel trip. She also arranged for keeping our luggages after check out and give a chance to shower before leaving to catch the night flight.»
