The house is distributed on a unique floor, with a living-dining room (exit to the outdoor area) with an open kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped, we want you to feel at home. There has an oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer and a lot of utensils to prepare delicious meals.
In addition, it has 3 double bedrooms. One of them has a double bed en suite (bathroom with shower) and the other 2 bedrooms have 1 trundle bed in each one. There's also a another full bathroom with shower. This house has a Air Condition and Heating in the whole house, included in the price.
The outdoor area has a nice private pool, garden area, barbecue and parking area for 1 car. Also, there's a small forest with some hammocks.

Youth groups not accepted. The house is only rented to families. Reservations of young people under 35 years of age are not allowed.
The house does not have bed linen and towels. They can be rented at the agency with request and with a supplement.
