«We could not be more happy about having stayed at Abigail’s. This is such a beautiful hotel. Our room was spacious (and so was the bathroom) and very clean. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the bedding was so soft. We loved all the details, e.g. the welcome message and cookies and the weather forecast on the back of the breakfast menu. «The Rialto is very centrally located, a short walk to Centennial Square, Chinatown, Government Street, Market Square and the Inner Harbour. Despite it's downtown location it was very quiet. Our suite was beautifully furnished and well laid out. The staff were welcoming, efficient and prompt to reply to all our concerns. The ground level bars and restaurant were attractive and well patronized. Parking was adjacent and easy.»

«Selected this hotel because of advertised valet parking as I am partially disabled, only to find as I arrived that the "new owners haven't set up the insurance for valet parking yet". Luckily enough got a spot in the underground parking very close to elevator, but then my key card didn't work in the elevator to access my floor. Piggybacked on another guests card to get to my floor only to find out my key card didn't work for the room either!!!...Back down to lobby and the bellman Aiden helped to ...

«The Dashwood is a heritage building and obviously would have many challenges to maintain a top notch accommodation site. Along with being exceptionally clean Dashwood also does a very good job of keeping the authenticity of the building while adding modern improvements with a heritage touch (ie. new soaker tub, sink and toilet fit the look of an old fashioned bathroom).
