«Hidden in a tiny nook of the village, can this apartment oozing with rustic charm be found. Beautifully presented, with all the characteristics and functionality that a quaint self-catering apartment offers. Unfortunately, I didn’t get to experience the AC that was advertised, due to the owner telling me that it was broken. However, he compensated with two electric fans.. which were greatly needed in 35 degree-heat! The other thing to mention is that if you’re driving, there’s no where to park ...

"Our family stayed for 6-nights in hot July. Overall happy. A/C working. Fridge. Comfy bed's. Quiet. Cleanliness above normal. Housekeeping every day. Staff was great! The pre-paid breakfast was of high quality. But.. we had to custom pick every item over the counter every day. Some items was included, others not. And this changed a bit from day to day regarding of who served us, and the items in stock. So it was a bit complicated especially with 2 kids, the language barrier, and all the noises from people. But it worked out somehow. We used this hotel as a base to visit nearby cities and beaches by train and bus. Pisa is a very walkable city and a fairly good hub for exploring Toscana. Hotel is not too far away from public transport. And we even walked to the Airport from it, not missing the Pisa-mover at all. Worked out great. And the Hotel did withstand the 4,3 Earthquake so it's solid enough. That Major incident surely seasoned our stay. Hotel recommended!"
