Our beautiful, newly built semi-detached house “Emilia” is located in a quiet yet central and desirable area.

Our vacation rental (49 sqm) is furnished with great attention to detail. It consists of two rooms. A kitchen-living area and a bedroom (bed: 2 x 2 meters), as well as a bathroom with a walk-in shower. Underfloor heating, air conditioning, and roller shutters are available in all rooms. A stove with oven, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, and electric kettle are included in the basic amenities.
The property includes patio furniture so you can enjoy breakfast or the evening outdoors.
A cleaning fee of 60 euros is payable on site.
One pet weighing up to 25 kg is allowed; a fee of 10 euros per day is payable on site.
Bed linens and towels are provided as part of the initial setup. Upon request, towels can be changed for a fee of 5.00 euros per person.
