«Sam was at the welcome desk when I arrived to check in. He was friendly, courteous and efficient. When I had an issue with the TV in my room, he was quick to try to resolve and explain the issue. He ended up arranging for me to move up another room across the hall and offered to bring a cart or assist me in moving my belongings. He checked my previous room to ensure that I had not forgotten anything and made sure that the TV in my new room was functioning properly. When I returned from dinner, ...

«We appreciate that the room was warm when we checked in. Our room was clean, comfortable and well lit. Breakfast was fine and the coffee was hot (although small cups meant two trips). I would recommend this hotel for this small town. »
