«Leon greeted us upon arrival. So sweet, so knowledgeable. He was great. The room was gorgeous and spotless. The hot breakfast was wonderful and filling. The hot chocolate station was so Cool. All the staff we encountered were so sweet and helpful. All the ladies at the Breakfast Station were so sweet and made sure my hubby and I had everything we needed. I couldn't rave about this hotel more. The Hotel Way exceded my expectations. Thank you All»

«The hotel is conveniently located and you can walk to a lot of great museums and dining options. The staff was very friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and always greeted you with a smile. It was clean and the breakfast had a good variety of options.»

«The jacuzzi was not clean we couldn’t use and the motor was going bad so it was extremely loud and obnoxious.. waisted the extra money for the room to include the jacuzzi.. booked the room for my girlfriends birthday so it was very disappointing! »

«The room was great. The bed was tight and firmly made. The staff and vallet were great. They gave me the accommodations that I needed. I would recommended this establishment to all my family and friends. The staff even put my luggage in my vehicle, so I wouldn't be late to the Panthers Game. The price for the hotel is very reasonable as well and downtown, not to mention a block up, you have Ri Ra Pub and club Prohibition (highly recommended both!!). »
