«Air didn’t turn on at all, the bathtub was stained and gross, the shower head was loose, tv didn’t turn on, no shampoo/conditioner or soap in dispensers, and I don’t think the room had been vacuumed in… well.. idk. Oh and the fridge didn’t work. Thank goodness I just needed a place to sleep for the night.»

«As my flight was cancelled just after midnight due to weather, the airline would not provide accommodation. I had to scramble to secure a hotel on my own so booked the red roof inn via expedia. I correctly booked the date I would check in but when I got to the hotel after 1 a.m., was told I could not check in until after 5 a.m. because that was when the property does its audit for the night/day before. «The room had never been cleaned. Dirty sheets piled on the bed and trash on the floor. I tried to get a refund and because it was booked through Expedia, they would not give me a refund and Expedia couldn’t help either. So do yourself a favor and stay away.»
