I will focus however on more critical things like heating and communication with the facility management. The heating didn't work. The staff and the host were reaponsive to text and sent someone over to check it who couldn't fix the problem. They never followed back and I had to keep nagging them to provide an update. «Most family friendly resort in South Lake Tahoe. From the gondola adjacent location, the pool, hot tubs, day spa, gym, valet, video games for the kids to the nicely appointed rooms, this place has it all. The room was just as advertised with a full kitchen, jacuzzi tub, living room with Murphy bed, two fire places and a king size bed. I highly recommend if you have 1 or 2 kids, place is perfect.»
