«We love the Bershire Mountain Lodge. We've stayed here five other times but this time we do have a few very minor negatives. 1) The cabinet door under the kitchenette sink had a loose hinge. We messaged the staff and requested that they wait until after we checked out to repair the hinge. We hope the hinge was repaired before the next guest checked in. 2) The toilet flush handle was slightly cracked but still functional. «One of the best places we ever stayed. Loved the indoor pool and breakfast. Staff was great. Shampoo and conditioner in Shower was very convenient. Shower water pressure excellent only thing is mattress are a little hard but if you have to sleep on a hard mattress then this place is Golden. Gas station/Convince store next door same parking lot and a Japanese restaurant in front of property. The nightly rate was surprisingly low really low for all we got. Very Happy, Wonderful Stay!!!»
