I will begin by saying that we were staying one night before skiing the next day. This place looked perfect online, but the reality was very different. Initial check-in was ok. Parking was full out front so had to park in a back lot that was poorly lit & was not fully cleared of snow. Made it to our room and it had a weird smell, did not initially feel clean. Hair in the bathroom, carpet was gross, & bed topper did not appear clean. I went to use the bathroom after arriving & the heavy wooden toilet seat fell completely off the toilet. Then as we could hear kids running up & down the hall outside our room, we received a call from the front desk for a noise complaint? Literally in the room for less than 5 minutes. Lastly we headed for the hot to hopefully sneak in for a quick soak. There were no pool towels to be found other than a heap of dirty ones that looked accumulated over the entire weekend. We were able to grab two small gym towels per person for the 3 of us. The pool & hot tub were over run with kids running back & forth with little supervision/direction while other adults sat in the hot tub watching tv on their phones for close to an hour. We waited our turn & were able to get some seats for about 15 mins before the facilities closed. All in all, I would quantify this place as an old, poorly run, over priced, & over advertised for what they delivered. Definitely would not recommend & will not be back.
