«We loved this place just around the corner from our favorite pub (Green's), restaurants, the market, shops and the harbour. We had everything we needed, and the charm of the place was everything. it's unique, including a layout with two kitchens and some steps up and down, but we loved the wood-burning fire stove, the little garden with roses out back and let's say it again — a great location for exploring the Burren (don't miss the Burren Perfumery) and environs! «House was spotless, cosy and warm. The owner thought of little things you may forget to bring with you, condiments, cleaning stuff ect. The house location is perfect, half way between Keem beach and Achill sound where you enter on to the Island. We had such a nice time there and hope to return next summer when the weather is better. »

«We had the most wonderful stay in Katie's Cottage. We met the lovely host Caroline on arrival and we couldn't have gotten a warmer welcome. There was fresh scones with jam and butter and a bottle of wine in the fridge. The house was absolutely immaculate with loads of fresh towels and bed linen. The beds were really comfy and the kitchen was very well equipped with everything we needed. The surrounding area is stunning and the cottage was a great base to explore all of this. «We stayed in 5 properties during our time in Ireland. This was by far the most beautiful. It was a surprise to be right on The Burren. Although house was “rural” it was easy to get to the places we wanted and to the nearest town for dinner and music. Michael was extremely accommodating and a delight to chat with. »
