«What a gorgeous property! Received an upgrade to a corner suite which was not only large but had spectacular lake views. Felt like royalty. Dined at Le Relais where both the food and service were excellent. The hotel is adjacent to a funicular and an easy walk to town. The staff are wonderful.
A truly fantastic stay. Highly recommended!»

«Hotellet ligger nydelig til, med en magisk utsikt. Rommet var veldig romslig og rent.
Resepsjonistene var veldig behjelpelig og service minded. Spa avdelingen var veldig stor og avslappende. Anbefaler hotellet veldig. Må definitivt tilbake »

«Checkin was quick and easy! Some problems with the room key, but this was quickly fixed. Our room M10 was at the end of the corridor and some times during the day it was a bit noisy due to traffic in and out of the hotel. But the service of the hotel staff is top notch. The piano bar is truly "wunderbar" The food is also great! The shuttle service was very handy and a great offer! All in all a great stay at this wunderful mansion»

«Luxury! The suite was beautiful and comfortable. Our patio had a gorgeous view of the lake and city. I would have loved to stay longer. Aside from being fairly near the train station and the Italian restaurant across the way, there isn't much nearby. We did hike the trail behind the hotel to the top of the mountain, and that was lovely. The receptionist was very helpful in coordinating and explaining our transit options to Lake Como.»
