The sleeping area has two bedrooms : a double bedroom and a spacious bedroom with two separate single beds . In the living room there is also a sofa bed , which allows you to comfortably accommodate a fifth guest.
The kitchen, located in a separate room , is fully equipped to allow guests to live the house in full autonomy. You will find a coffee machine, stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher and everything you need to prepare from breakfast to a dinner to share together.
The house also has air conditioning, Wi-Fi, heating, Smart TV and washing machine , to make both stays of a few days and longer stays comfortable.
A private balcony offers a pleasant additional space, while the covered garage represents a particularly valuable advantage for those who reach Verona by car and want to forget about the car during their stay.

The apartment is located in a strategic area for discovering the city, just outside the most touristic area and a short distance from the historic center.
