«Really cool, interesting renovated home but, renter beware--Communication from the owner was terrible! We did not receive any instruction within 24 hours of our stay and only after I had reached out to VRBO twice.The response time was 12 hours at one point!It was unclear that getting a taxi would be incredibly difficult. «Apartment was a great location and nice. Host was a poor communicator. Up until the night before when I called, there was ZERO response despite multiple messages and Whats Up Messages. The listing specifically says Dryer. There is no dryer. This was one of the main reasons we chose this accomodation. «We chose this location strictly based on the views, and it did not disappoint! The views were stunning, and we went to sleep lulled by the sounds of the crashing waves every night. The nearby food options were also excellent! While we did take time to travel to each village, I'm so glad we chose to stay in Vernazza - and specifically in this location. The staff were also super helpful and responsive. I highly recommend!»

Everything in the apartment worked and there was plenty of hot water for showers. The beds were not super soft, but that seems to be the theme throughout Italy.
