«My spouse and I had a great stay here. Very clean, quiet, and calm. Great fishing off the dock on this private lake. There is also a two person kayak to use. The owner supplied wood, fire starters, lighters, even s’mores supplies! There is a stereo in this camper with speakers outside as well so you can sit by the fire with music playing. The neighbors cat gave us a visit, he/she is very friendly and cute. I would definitely recommend staying here.»

The rental side of the property is set up to where you don’t even realize it’s shared. We liked that both bedrooms were upstairs and had bathrooms attached. «Our family of 8 had a wonderful time at the cabin! We thoroughly enjoyed the outdoor spaces. Hot tub, beach, dock, fire pit, all were great! Knocked one start off for a couple reasons..we showed up a little after 4pm and the cleaners were still there so we had to drive around for a while and eventually went to eat supper while waiting. «We had a wonderful time walking to shops and visited a brewery in downtown Detroit Lakes. We originally intended to cross-country ski the area, but with no snow and unseasonably warm weather, we involved Plan B with family and simply hung out together. The house was extremely comfortable, well stocked, and exceeded our expectations. Great neighborhood, and great host.»
