The space
The accommodation is a town house with a downstairs shower room, fully equipped kitchen and lounge. Upstairs has a family bathroom, spacious bedrooms, one being a large double and one 2 single beds. Each bedroom has its own balcony with chairs and tables.

The house has been recently re-decorated and has 600mb fibre wifi, 50 inch tv and air conditioning, wifi, iron and board, hair dryer, washing machine and kitchen area.

It is located in the court yard of the complex, allowing a lovely outside space. The grounds are immaculate, with a variety of palms, trees and flowers. There his a play park and also 2 swimming pools (open seasonally - please check if the pool will be open if this is important to your booking).

It is within walking distance from a variety of bars, restaurants, supermarkets and small shops..

The local beach is vast and it is ideally located to explore local areas such as Garrucha, Vera, Mojacar, Turre, Villarocos. Public transport including buses and taxis is available outside of the complex.
