Located in the heart of the village, right on Plaça Major, 'El Graner' offers the ideal combination of serenity and access to the wonders of the Costa Brava. This 35 m² space, with capacity for 2 people, has been designed to offer a comfortable and relaxing stay.

*The Space:*
The apartment features a bedroom with a double bed, a fully equipped kitchen where you can prepare your favorite dishes, and a complete bathroom. But the jewel in the crown is our communal rooftop terrace. Equipped with outdoor furniture, it's the perfect place to enjoy a morning coffee under the sun, read a book in the afternoon, or dine outdoors under the stars.

A tourist tax of 1,93 € per person per night is required and is not included in the rental price. It must be paid through our Online Guest Portal.

You will be staying in someone's home, so we ask that you treat it with care and respect. Pets allowed. No parties or events allowed. No smoking. Take out the trash. Turn off appliances when not in use.

Welcome to La Cort de Can Barrina, in Ventalló! We are delighted to welcome you to this special corner of Empordà. To make your arrival as comfortable and simple as possible, we have prepared a self check-in system that will give you total flexibility.

**Check-in Time:**
You can access the apartment from 3:00 PM on the day of your arrival.

**Access Instructions:**
Access to the building and the apartment is via a numeric keypad system, so you won't need a physical key.
You must fill out the PreCheckin form to access the online Guest Portal, where you can pay the tourist tax and access detailed instructions and the access code. Please make sure to have this information on hand when you arrive.

**Parking:**
You will find free parking on the streets near the apartment. As it is a quiet village, it is usually not difficult to find a spot.

**Upon Your Arrival:**
Once inside, a small welcome gift awaits you so you can start to feel at home from the very first moment. The apartment will be prepared with everything you need for your stay, including clean bed linen and towels.

**Communication:**
Although the check-in process is autonomous, you are not alone. If you have any questions, need help finding the apartment, or an unforeseen event arises during your arrival, do not hesitate to contact us. We will be available to assist you by phone or email.
