WARNING!! BED BUGS !!
Me, my wife and our 2 children stayed at Residenza Goldoni for two nights before our cruise. After the first night my wife woke up with a few bites. When we went to bed second night, my wife suddenly felt something biting, and turned on the light. We were shocked when we discovered several BED BUGS in both the ceiling, on the walls and in the bed. We chose to get up, go through all the luggage, shake clothes for then and pack again. As we did not want to sleep in this room that night, and since the hotel reception is not open 24 hours, we walked around the streets for a while, then back to the hotel and stay awake. We experienced this very unpleasant! Next morning we informed the person at the reception, who regrets and says that this was completely new to them! That turns out to be total lie, when we get home and read new reviews about the hotel, it turns out that two other guests have experienced exactly the same just a few weeks ago, in the same room as us! Room 113. We sent the hotel a Mail and asked for a refund of our stay without any response !! We find this incredibly arrogant and unseriously !! We would NOT recommend anyone to stay at this hotel.

thanks for your response. But unfortunately if you keep coming from places that live these unpleasant animals we can fix what we turn into, but it's you with the bags to carry them, the room is pure randomness because we put people with big suitcases out there having no lift, in fact those with suitcases large is the meaning of long journeys and of countries with these unpleasant animals. You same gentleman told us that in his country of provienieza he was full of these animals, so he suggests that you were the one who brought them, however you customers bring them do not LIVE FROM US, also because we sanify once a month with a company specialized.

Billig hotell midt i kjernen av Venezia
Lite og hyggelig hotell som ligger rett ved Rialto broen og markusplassen. Godt plassert, veldig hyggelig kvinnelig resepsjonist som stort sett var på jobb døgnet rundt under vårt opphold. Hotellet har ingen frokostsal så frokosen blir servert på rommet. veldig hyggelig. Stille og rolig gate, med umiddelbar nærhet til yrende turistliv.

Posizione ottima...la colazione lascia a desiderare...nel bagno neanche qualcosa per mettere gli spazzolini...ci hanno dati due teli a testa (uno grande ed uno piccolo), gliene abbiamo chiesto un terzo piccolo e ci han detto che ci sarebbe stato un supplemento da pagare.

Gentile alfonso, c'era il bicchiere dove mettere lo spazzolino se lei non lo vedeva poteva chiederci che gliel'avremmo fatto notare. Noi diamo in dotazione 4 asciugamani, lei non voleva uno piccolo ma ne voleva altri 4 senza pagare, dove in tutti gli alberghi si paga il supplemento, ma evidentemente lei non è abituata a viaggiare...

Super friendly staff and great location!
Greeted by a gentleman with the most welcoming smile. All staff (we met 5 in total)were fabulously friendly and helpful, with great spoken English. The rooms are beautifully clean and smell good. Comfy beds. Location is amazing, 2 mins walk to Rialto bridge and 5mins from st marks square (this is genuine times). Really easy to find with the directions given. The breakfast was worth the 4 euros as it filled a hole, in an expensive area. They’re a few quirks (ie breakfast served in the hallway), but they just add even more to the charm of this hotel. 100% will be back and more than happy to recommend to friends. We had the quadruple room which was ample space to move about and a large bathroom, for 2 adults and 2 teenagers. Genuinely can’t find fault! Huge thank you 🙏

Perfect location but small.
The hotel is an absolutely amazing location just 3 minutes walk from Rialto and about 5 minutes from Piazza San Marco. The room that we had was really small but adequate and the en-suite was similarly small but adequate. The staff were really helpful and we felt well looked after. We would definitely stay here again but look to get a larger room.

Ness nos atendió increible, fue super linda y todo el tiempo estuvo pendiente de nosotros, la limpieza del cuarto estuvo bien. Solo si senti medio dura la cama y estaba muy pequeño el cuarto, entiendo las dimensiones por la ubicación pero creo que tambien deberian avisar con anticipación que la entrada es con un código que después te mandaran y asi estar preparado para no esperar una recepción con una persona.

Nettes Housekeeping Zimmer war zur Gasse hin und dort ist abends immer viel los. Meist erst nach 00:00 Uhr leiser. Das Frühstück war eher eine Enttäuschung, das kann man sich sparen. Das nächste Mal gehen wir morgens in der Stadt frühstücken.

Está bien para una estancia de un día, pero las habitaciones son malas, camas con colchones vencido, mal funcionamiento del aire acondicionado , un TV de 10 pulgadas, desayuno lo mismo no merece la pena, hay mejor opción afuera y de igual o menor precio, pero los empleados que te sirven desayuno y limpieza de las habitaciones son magníficos mis agradecimientos

Zimmer ok, Service etwas unkoordniniert (falsches Frühstück, einmal Frühstück vergessen (wird aufs Zimmer gebracht, da kein Frühstücksraum vorhanden)). Nur süßes Früstück. Haben am Ende im Zimmer was vergessen, leider geht telefonisch niemand ran, antorten auf Nachricht zwar, aber nur mit guten Wünschen und keinen sachbezogenen Informationen.

Staff were friendly, the property was clean, room was clean. It was a perfect location to all the main attractions in venice, everything was so close. But also not loud and busy! It was quiet. Only down side was we had no toilet roll for most of the holiday, and they cleaned the room daily but didn’t supply more. No one was on reception every time I went down to ask for some. We were also not told about breakfast. After a couple of mornings we saw a ‘help yourself’ style breakfast room where everyone can grab what they need, but we weren’t told when this opened in the morning etc so by the time we got there it had been savaged. Other than the toilet roll and no breakfast it was a nice hotel and good location.

This property was right in the heart of Venice next to the grand bridge. The room was nice. Only complaint is, we the room on the top flore and there are no elevators so we had to lug our luggage up 5 flights of very steep and narrow fights of stairs. Also they had a phone charger that was shorting out really bad. Other than that this place was great.

The property was very convenient. The room is very small, so be aware when booking. It states it's a quadruple room. It has a queen-sized bed and two single beds in the same room. My guess is the room is about 15'x15'. The hotel is in a great location, with shopping and restaurants easily accessible. It's about a 1/4 mile walk to the Rialto bridge and a 1/2 mile to St. Marks. The AC doesn't come on until June, so the room was hot when we went in April. We opened the windows, but the airflow wasn't great. We tried to turn the fan on, but it was blowing hot air. We called management, but they told us to open the window. The folks at the reception desk are wonderful. They helped us with directions and to get a water taxi to the airport. I would highly recommend the Hotel.

Our stay here was good for the most part, but we had a few small issues. It was very hot in the room and we could not get the air to work. The front desk wasn’t very organized, and the hours are questionable as everyone had gone home before 2pm even though we were told they would be there until 6pm. So if you check a bag, it may be left unattended behind or beside the desk. Also, the shower was very slippery so be careful there. Otherwise, the hotel was charming, the staff was pleasant, and the location was very convenient to everything, once we found it.

Hôtel très propre, super sympa et très accueillant. Le seul bémol c'est que dans la chambre ou on était on avait froid, le chauffage n'était pas régulier du tout. Et pour ma part la nuit je n'arrivais pas bien à dormir tellement j'avais froid même avec leur drap. Mais bon appart sa c'était un très bon séjour et sa ne m'empêchera pas d'y retourner.

Overpriced and Seen Better Days
Stayed two nights in October 2022. Weather was warm and humid but air conditioning did not work. Windows opened to noisy alley below. Also bathroom has no ventilation with limited soaps and no shampoo or creams. No shelf around tub for personal products you bring either. Rude cleaning staff takes dirty towels from the room but doesn’t replace them unless asked to. Same staff literally screams in the hall to talk to the manager as she needed permission to replace the towels. Also asked us to leave the room early for cleaning and not at checkout. The room was large, and so was the bed. However, the mattress topper doesn’t stay in place for long. There’s a safe but it requires coins to be used and the battery was dead anyway. No dedicated luggage room. Bags left in lobby / hall without consistent staff supervision — not safe. Paid way too much for the level of service and amenities. The manager was friendly but that doesn’t make up for the rest of it. Hotel info says it takes AMEX but payment link only allows Visa or Mastercard.

The shampoo hangs in the shower wall just open the eyes.We cost you willingly we have no custudia service as ignore in Venice the spaces are narrow as a city built on the water. Luggage storage in other places in Venice are paid.

This "Quad" room wasn't exactly as pictured. The tiny 3rd and 4th beds were comically small. The main bed was really FIRM. Glad we had an overnight flight and we were super tired.

L'hôtel est propre très pittoresque et bien situé. très belle salle de bain et nous sommes près de de tous les sites. à partir du stationnement de troncheteau on marche seulement 2 minutes pour prendre la ligne de bateau taxi numéro 2 et ensuite on descend à Rialto et ce n'est que seulement un autre 2 minutes de route de l'hôtel. qualité prix vraiment excellent.

Die Unterkunt ist einer zentalen Lage gelegen. In der nähe liegt die Rialto Brücke und viele Restaurant und Läden sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Das Zimmer war sauber. Das Hotel ist sehr hellhörig und die Matratze war relativ hart.
