Our stay at the Lucary Venetian Rooms was great! Our room was very unique and our stay included breakfast. It was continental style with some warm options like bacon and eggs as well as some fruit, sliced meats and croissants. Staff responded quickly to us when we needed. It was close to some good eats as well. There was a cool little courtyard to sit and enjoy some wine in the evening. I would stay here again!

We loved this property. Our room was very very cute - and we loved that it overlooked a canal. The breakfast was fantastic and all the staff were incredibly kind and welcoming. Would absolutely stay at this property again.

Fantastic little hidaway just around the corner from St Marks Square, extreemly clean & just a wonderful place to stay ! I would recommend staying at Luxury Venetian Rooms anytime. As the staff say 'Perfecto Perfecto" I loved it there .... Martyn

Amazing Stay! The staff were excellent and very friendly, the room was BEAUTIFUL we really enjoyed our stay they welcomed us with wine and the room has a wonderful view to one canal, the location is good just around Piazza San Marcos you can see the Bell tower, definitely we will come back again!

great central location. Our host Andrea is a most agreeable fellow. Rooms have lots of Venetian old charm and very well appointed with Venetian antiques. Has an B&B feel rather than a hotel. breakfast room is awakwardly located within the property.

This is more like a B&B than a hotel. But it was great! Location is walkable to everything. The host was absolutely wonderful. Close enough to St. Mark piazza but far enough away to be out of the crowds. We would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Uno de los mejores hoteles que he estado en mi vida, la habitación parecía de un palacio, vistas al canal por donde pasaban las góndolas, buen desayuno con atenciones personalizadas, Andrea excelente atenciones, a minutos de todo céntrico Perfecto, me quedaré de nuevo el verano próximo!!!!!!!

Great location just off St. Marks Square. Host was very nice and he had a great European breakfast. The check- in was a little bumpy, as we checked in after hours and communication was difficult, they send a picture to my phone of the keypad code, but the internet was sketchy, and the picture wouldn't load. I don't know way they just couldn't text or email me the 4 digit code.

Very nice staff and great breakfast. Bed wasn’t very comfortable and the place is a little old, but then again it’s Venice..everything seems old there. I would stay there again. Very good location to everything.

Nos gustó la cercanía a la Pl. San Marcos, la atención recibida, la calefacción y el desayuno. Sin embargo, nos defraudó un poco la habitación porque era demasiado pequeña y no se parecía a la mostrada en las fotos. Aún así volveríamos a repetir porque fueron más los aspectos positivos que negativos.

Great value for money in Venice
Had a great stay at this accoms, the room was large enough for 2 pax. Breakfast was superb! Location was in the middle of venice, around 15 min walk from the main train station. Host was super friendly and helpful, enjoyed our stay!

Appartement excellent propre et tres bien placé à 5min à pied de la place st marc. Je recommande Andrea le gérant est super. Il a le sens de l’accueil et toujours là pour donner des conseils.

Great location and staff, facilities not as much
First you may not get the room you see pictured. Our room was cruise ship small, thankfully we didnt have big suitcases to step over. Stairs are steep, not an issue for us but something to consider. Wifi was hit or miss. My phone frequently switched back to mobile data. Breakfast room was to small for all the guests so timing mattered. Andreas was friendly, helpful and did his best to get folks through breakfast. Location was the best thing about this place. We had a good stay but would look for other options if we ever travel back to Venice.

Disfrutamos mucho nuestra estancia en Luxury venetian Rooms, nos sorprendió cómo Andrea nos dio atención personalizada por WhatsApp y siempre estuvo al pendiente de nuestra llegada, nos envió video de cómo ingresar al hotel ya que llegaríamos a media noche. La habitación súper linda y limpia con frigobar y de cortesía nos dieron una botella de vino blanco fue un lindo detalle. El desayuno súper delicioso Sin duda regresaremos

Room was pretty good. Best thing about the property is the super attentive owner. 5/5 hospitality. Breakfast was also included, nothing crazy in terms of food selection(Nutella croissants were great), however the amazing service and attentiveness was well deserving of 5/5 rating. We will definitely come back again if we are back in Venice. I have been to many hotels over the last month and this was hands down best hospitality we received. Keep it up, wish you all the best!

The room, location service was excellent. It was a bit difficult making contact with the property managers at first. The property itself is not easy to find. It would be nice to have stronger air conditioning. But overall our stay was excellent.

Amazing!
5* experiences... beautiful room located 3 mins walk from San Marco Square. The owner was lovely, met us on welcome and explained everything we needed, put lots of lovely little touches like a personalised welcome note and wine (which was delicious!) and served breakfast wonderfully. I can't believe we had the view of the canal that we did - a morning serenade from a man with a guitar on a gondola and a view of the tower in San Marco square made this 5* in our opinion! A side noteabout Venice, the mosquitos are a pain so come prepared.

Great Family-Run Hotel in the centre of Venice
Lovely, friendly, small family hotel with canal-side views. Great location, five minutes walk to St. Mark’s square. Lots of restaurants in the vicinity. We would definitely stay there again.

Perfect location, perfect room
We had a perfect stay at Luxury Venetian Rooms. Andrea talked with our water taxi driver to lead him closest to the room as we are in Europe on an extended stay and had a bit of luggage. He met our boat and carried our biggest bag to the incredible room with high beamed ceilings and fine antique mirrors. We enjoyed sitting in the windows and watching the gondolas and other boats. The bed was comfortable and everything was very clean. Location absolutely can’t be beat. The walk to St Mark’s is about 1 minute. If you stay here do be sure to also check out the neighborhoods to the non St Mark’s sides too.

Bellissimo direttamente sopra un canale
Veramente a due passi da Piazza San Marco c'è questa struttura che è semplicemente perfetta. Il proprietario è una persona affabile e gentilissimo. Nonostante il periodo di chiusura musei ci ha aiutato prodigandosi nel cercare valide alternative. Siamo stati benissimo. Prossima volta torneremo sicuramente qui.

Nous avons bénéficié d'un prix très attractif pour la chambre vue canal. L'immeuble est très vénitien, l'emplacement idéal (troisième séjour à Venise)! A noter que nous sommes partis durant le couvre-feu, une cour intérieure mise à disposition permettait de fumer et dîner tranquillement. Rien à redire. Merci Andrea.

Habitaciones muy cerca de San Marcos. Aunque pequeñas, tienen lo necesario para una estancia cómoda. La conexión WiFi es buena. Recomiendo los "Luxury Venetian Rooms".
