Our drinking cup in our room had lipstick on it... We were there in April. The room was very warm, 84° F. They were unable turn on the A/C....until June! We had to open the window, not realizing that we were right next to a train station!!! Trains ran until late and started again early! The people at the front desk were nice. The airport shuttle was convenient.

We booked this property specifically because it advertised complimentary shuttle to cruise boat port, but doesn’t actually offer this service. It’s a nice facility, but far from anything interesting to do or see. It certainly doesn’t feel like we’re in Venice.

Fue una estadía muy placentera. Aunque no está muy cerca de Venecia y sus lugares turísticos. Está muy bien ubicado cerca a la estación del metro para llegar a Venecia. Pero si van en carro pueden estacionar al entrar a Venecia y el valor del parqueadero es muy favorable. €35 por 24 horas. Seguro volveríamos a esta hotel sin pensarlo.

Loved it! Quiet, clean, peaceful stay away from the hubbub of Venice. Super convenient location - just a 2-minute walk from the train into Venice, which takes about 20-25 minutes. Would definitely stay here again.

We had an amazing experience at this hotel! The staff was so friendly & helpful, going above & beyond. At one point I had to go to the hospital due to illness & the receptionist called me a taxi after explaining my options for transport & what to expect when I arrived at the hospital. The food in the restaurant was delicious (had all the vegan options). We were grateful the train station was conveniently located directly behind the hotel & it was a quick 20 min to Venice (island). I would absolutely stay here again.

Staff is super friendly. We were deciding between staying in Venice or here and ended up choosing this outskirt location. Free shuttle from the airport is very convenient, and the train station to Venice is literally at the door. We arrived at 11:30pm even though the kitchen closed at 11 they managed to sort a pizza for us. Room was cleaned every single day, this hotel is very good value for money.

Coming from a self described "boutique" hotel in Paris, Crowne Plaza Venice was a welcomed change of scenery. From the booking through Expedia, to the communication exchanged with the hotel via e-mail and phone calls, Crowne Plaza staff was always eager to help and a pleasure to deal with. The shuttle service provided from Marco Polo is a great bonus, the room was great, and the breakfast buffet is an incredible bang for your book (especially if pre-booked). Overall, only great things to say about the hotel and will sure keep in mind for future stays. Thank you.

This was an extremely convenient stopover on our way to a ski vacation in the Dolomites. The free shuttle provided us transport from Marco Polo Airport very shortly after landing. The town was walkable from the hotel and had a few dining options, although we ended up with great takeout pizza from a place very near the hotel. The breakfast was fantastic, with a large variety of hot and cold food options. In addition, the train station, from which you can local trains into Venice, is only a three minute walk.

Très bon hôtel, à un prix très raisonnable très bien accueilli, tout le personnel est à vos petits soins, très polis et très agréables, hôtel très bien situé pour Venise (gare à 100m 30.minutes de train pour arriver à Venise, cela evite les embouteillages, les parking hors de prix et en plus vous êtes en centre ville) le petit déjeuner est parfait, le seul bémol la barre de douche qui ne tient plus (chambre 126)

We didn’t have a lot of time as we had an early flight out of Venice but the hotel was perfect!! The shuttle we got at 0500 got us to the airport in plenty of time for our 0655 flight. We had time to jump on the train that is literally around the corner from the hotel to shop for a few more Christmas presents before heading home. It was a perfect option and great price!! Staff was extremely helpful and friendly!! Highly recommended!!

Wonderful professional staff! Especially the front desk. I arrived very late because of travel complications. It was easy to stay in touch with the desk and I was so grateful after 11 hours of travel woes that they kept my room for me. The room was great- clean, smoke free and with a wonderful bed. Giant bathtub. The airport shuttle was perfect- but make sure you confirm that in advance. It is a distance from the airport. Flight crews use this hotel. Comfortable large airport shuttle.
