Fint hotell midt i Venezia!
Fint hotell, og rom med utsikt til kanalene. Hyggelig betjening og god frokost. Romslige rom med veldig gode senger. Kort vei til alt, 2 minutter til Markusplassen!

Stille og rolig hotell veldig nært Markusplassen. Renholdet var godt, og servicen på hotellet var supert. De hadde også tilbud om transport med båt fra hotellet til flyplassen som vi benyttet oss av, da vi reiste på natten.

After a bit of a rocky start with no air conditioning, a room safe that did not work and an uneven hallway that we tripped on several times (3rd floor), we really grew to like this hotel and the wonderful guys and lady at the front desk, and the ladies in charge of the bar. Just a note American travelers... the A/C is not set in the room, it is controlled by the hotel. The window opened, and the breeze was cool and great, but the mosquitos were a problem. So, I would stay here again... location is great, but make sure the A/C is on if you travel to Venice in May through the hot months,

Art on every wall. Room with a view. Backed on to the canal for easy water taxi access. Staff were lovely, helpful. Breakfast was a delectable assortment.

Wonderful hotel with fantastic location. 2 minutes to Piazza, even inexpensive pasta restaurants nearby, grocery store is five minutes, gondolas next to it, and if you have the money, a dock for water taxi at the side. Our room was very quiet, and many selections for breakfast. Bathroom was roomy!

Hotel excellent. Near all the significant sights. Staff friendly and helpful. Water bus and Water taxi easy to get to. I would definitely stay there again.

Everything was within walking distance and the room was larger than expected. The staff were very friendly. I’d definitely stay here again when returning to Venice.

Beautiful location! Room was clean, great bathroom. Breakfast un-inspiring. Furniture should be more comfortable including mattress which was very hard. Power sockets difficult to access. Difficult to regulate room temperature.

Lovely little place
Stayed in a single room which was ideal . Very clean & comfy. Close to restaurants, shops and good walking distance to boats & museums etc. 5-7 minute walk from San Marco Aliguna station or 20 minutes if using aliguna A stop on the other side of town . (€27 return fare ) Would stay here again . A few noisy guests sitting outside until 2am at this / adjoining hotel made for a few restless nights and the room temperature was preset which was set too high , couldn’t activate the cool function which was frustrating.

Was lovely! Clean but it is in the walking district so be prepared for people possibly selling something and being very loud down below. But perfect spot to walk to at marks square and about 30min walk to train station. A lot of stairs so be prepared when walking with luggage to and from train station. Breakfast was great. Coffee machine and lots of food options from eggs to cereal. Earlier the better for seating. Definitely recommend

This hotel is very nice located near San Marco piazza. We had the junior suite with a canal view, huge room with a big bed. The bathroom is very nice too except the shower is so small in a big bathroom. Luckily my husband and I are pretty slim otherwise might be too hard to turn around. The breakfast was incredibly, so many options and the friendly staff are so helpful.

I've had better stays previously...
We were not allocated a suite, we had a double bed in a room when we were supposed to have a double and a single. We were locked in the room and had to call down to reception to let us out. I've had better stays I'm afraid.

This hotel is around a 3 minute walk from St Mark’s Square -but far away enough from the hustle and bustle. As all old Venetian buildings, it is old with minimal facilities (no spa/gym/0pool etc) but it is a great hotel for visiting Venice. Staff have been friendly and helpful. On the whole the hotel is quiet but sometimes the small canal can be a tad noisy when deliveries are being made to local hotels. I would definitely re-book and recommend. I was here outside of school holidays - so haven’t had children running around.

Very good during the week for the most part. Staffing in their bar was generally not there so we spent our money down the street where they would jump through hoops to accommodate anything we wished for.

It is clean. The staff is friendly. The breakfast is also good. The ceiling of room is really higher that any ones I stayed before. It is so comfortable. A restaurant is just a couple of steps out of the hotel. Other restaurants are 1 minutes away. It is maybe 2 minutes away to San Macro squares. We like this hotel.

This is not a suggestion but accolades. There was a night when the alarm went off at 2:45. The night manager, his name started with a “G”. He was calm and respectful, responded appropriately do guest and handled the problem well. Thank you for a window into the beautiful world of Venice.
