«I should give them more than 5 stars. Services, location, cleanliness, amenities , cleanliness all excellent. Taxi boat service can reach at the back of the hotel. We will come back for sure.»

«Das Badezimmer ist äußerst winzig und der Boden gehört vielleicht öfter mal aufgewischt. Dennoch ist die Anlage sehr gut durchdacht (Codes zum Öffnen der Tür, etc.), großer und sehr schöner Aufenthaltsraum und die Kommunikation hat super geklappt. Aufgrund der Nähe zur Accademia aber sehr gut gelegen. Vielleicht kommen wir wieder mal 😀»

«Liten, meget slitt leilighet. Ikke i nærheten av hva de viser på bildene. Meget ukomfortable og slitte senger. Lå med en tverrstang i ryggen. Det eneste positive var plasseringen. Resepsjonen lå ti minutters gange fra leiligheten»

«My party only stayed for 2 nights, so this apartment was adequate for our needs. There is only a/c in the bedroom and nowhere else, so we could not hang out in the living room. It was fine for us because we were pretty much gone all day. Beds were comfortable. Communication was challenging at times as we tried to arrange transportation to and from the airport, but all worked out in the end.»

«Éramos 4 y la verdad es que lo disfrutamos muchísimo. El hotel estaba muy cerca de Rialto y habían dos paradas de Vaporeto, con lo cual estaba super bien comunicado. El piso estaba super bien, era muy bonito y era muy cómodo. Nos encantará volver! Anna fue muy amable y nos ayudó en todo lo que necesitamos!! 💖»

You have easy access to Sam Marco, Dorsoduro and other areas of Venice. The apartment was clean and the kitchen is modern and very functional. We had a great two evenings in Venice.»

«The location is ideal a few minutes from San Marco and the Accademia and close to a vaporetto stop with easy access to the airport. Martin was a most congenial host meeting us on the dock and responding quickly to questions. The decor is comfortable and luxurious. This is a true rental by owner rather than the more usual sterile apartments rented out by real estate companies. Minimal cooking options with a small refrigerator appropriate for breakfast but not much else.»

«After staying in noisy apartments in Rome and Florence, this apartment in Venice was a sanctuary. Very cute And cozy apartment with a gorgeous little terrace. If you want to get the local vibe with access to all the tourist areas of Venice, then this is a great stay. We had access to amazing local restaurants off the main drag. I highly recommend to couples, couples traveling with other couples, and small families.»

«Beautiful apt with windows opening onto canal. Needed better instructions on how to enter codes at gate and doors. Need instructions on how to operate washing machine and more space to hang clothes. Absolutely need GPS to find your way to this apt. We walked, with luggage, to apt but beware you go up and down lots of stairs on the way there. »
