«I did not even stay at this place because it does not seem to exist. I had the address programmed into my gps, and as I approached the address, it told me to park and be prepared to walk 10-15 minutes. I could not find parking anywhere close, long story short, I ended up parking, had to walk a half hour to the address, walk up a flight of stairs, and there are several apartments advertised but not the one I booked with. «Spent 1 week at the Falkensteiner Residences Senia in the first part of September 2015. We had a great stay, beautiful, spacious apartment, close to both a pool and many beaches. Nice restaurants a short stroll away, our favorite was the fish-restaurant with good local wines all to reasonable prices. The hotel-staff was very helpful and always nice and smiling. «Mycket centralt boende, fina rum, lite svårt att hitta men gå in på restaurang Groppo och fråga, ingången ligger på baksidan där, ej skyltat. Tog en timme innan vi fick nyckel då ingen mötte upp men vi fick ett glas medan vi väntade. Bra frukost på Groppo från ordinarie menyalternativ. Restaurangen var stängd en morgon så vi fick ringa och fråga och blev hänvisade till rest. Eat för frukost. Vi fick också en frukostpåse till avresemorgonen då vi frågade. »

«Great location. I had the one of the two top floor units and it was plenty big and very well done. The bathroom might have been the size of the whole room. Even with its location the resteraunts around arent open super late so noise isnt an issue. Parking was difficult. It is literally find a street parking spot and pay (wasnt too bad on price) but your car is gonna be blocks from the accomodation most likely. Also check in and checkout are at a restaraunt. «the room was clean, but the entrance of the building was not what we expected : there was a bad smell (cats) and did not look clean. the appartments were were located the rooms was clean however. it is well located.»
