'Plazamar Palace' Studio with Shared Pool, Wi-Fi, and Air Conditioning

Located in the center of Torre del Mar, this modern 36 m² studio welcomes up to 4 guests, with a living area including beds and 1 bathroom. You can see the sea in the distance and the beach from the hallway. Enjoy a well-equipped private kitchen, coffee maker, air conditioning in the living area, heating, private washing machine, private TV, video on demand, private elevator access to the second floor, and Wi-Fi. The property offers step-free access, barrier-free interior, and beach towels.



Just two minutes away are shared gardens and the outdoor pool, open from June 1 to September 30, 11:00 to 21:00. There is also a shared children's pool and outdoor shower for your use.



Street parking is available, though it may be hard to find a spot in summer. A public parking lot is 2 minutes away, and there is parallel parking next to the building. Smoking, pets, and events are not allowed. Please respect other residents during your stay. Video and audio recording takes place in common areas such as the entrance and hallways.



The studio is just 3 minutes from the beach and promenade, with shops, supermarkets, restaurants, and bars nearby. You’ll find a water park, seafront playgrounds, water activities, and paddle courts close by. Airport and train station transfers are available for an extra fee, and tennis, football, and basketball courts are 2 minutes’ walk away.
