Rest peacefully in the two bedrooms, one with a comfortable double bed and the other with two single beds, perfect for ensuring a restful night's sleep. And to refresh yourself after a day in the sun, nothing beats a revitalizing shower in the modern bathroom.



This apartment has been recently renovated, ensuring you a stay full of modern comforts, such as air conditioning in the living-dining room and Wi-Fi connection so you can share your best moments on social media.



It is important to note that due to the drought facing the region, daily water cuts are carried out from 8:00 p.m. until the following morning. However, this should not discourage you because the building has a large water reservoir, which means that water cuts are practically unnoticeable since, although the availability of the pool depends on the situation, you can always enjoy the sea and the sea breeze that characterize this region.
