When I booked several months in advance, I requested an oceanfront room, but was given a room overlooking the parking lot with the ocean mostly blocked by trees. When I called to ask about switching rooms, I found the staff member dismissive, which was disappointing. The room also wasn’t as clean as expected, with hair left in the bathtub.
