«u get what u pay for, the bed was clean, rest was old/dirty but OK for the money. the worst part was the check in progress. it took more then 30minutes. in the second day I asked for a second towel, the answer was "no". also no hot water on the second evening, had to use the water cooker to get some hot water. the wifi password was also a problem, took more then 5 minutes, to receive it. the best part of the hotel is the location, right at the water, next to the main Ghat. for female travelers ...

«STAY AWAY. I read some freat reviews about this place so thought to book it. I booked a private room. Upon arriving I was told that my reservation was not there as the hotel had not confirmed my booking with Hotels.com. The room was booked to another guest. I emailed hitels.com and waited. «The worst hotel in the world. The room on the site was deluxe and overlooking the river, all a lie. the room was in the back with a window and moldy. I asked the employee about my reservation and he said he could do nothing. The noise was hellish, doors slamming since 4 am, people screaming all the time, total chaos! The coffee included in the reservation also does not exist, pure deception. I do not recommend!»

«ABSOLUTELY HORRENDOUS!! They gave me a room that looked a dungeon basement and smelled of mold. Water dripping from the ceiling and NO WIFI THERE. Instead of giving me a better room I had to pay 50% NORE to get a somewhat “sleepable” room. NO AC AT ALL. I will NEVER EVER stay here again. While my train was late I got there at 2am I wasn’t even offered water (I would’ve paid!). Also YOU CANNOT FIND THE PLACE!!
