«Everything was great. However there is no TV so be prepared to spend that day outside or bring board games. Not much to do at night. We were gone during the day everyday but would have been nice to watch at night. Also if you plan on cooking they have everything but seasoning youll want to bring that with you. Sitting on the porch watching the deer, wild turkeys, hummingbirds, and an enormous variety of wild birds is wonderful beyond words!The hosts are magnificent. And by the way Utopia is a great town, Garner State Park and Lost Maples are very close and there is great golf! On Saturday eating a deluxe meal at The Laurel Tree is unforgettable!»

«Communication was great we had concerns about the river flooding. Our host was quick to communicate and advise us everything was safe to travel. Upon arrival the cabin first smelt so clean, second appeared clean as well. Wouldn’t recommend for more than 2 people. Bed was super comfy and the AC couldn’t have been more perfect.
