«What I liked the most about staying at this property was how quick the staff was to respond. Which was needed on multiple occasions. They were accommodating. But a few things did occur that made checking in very challenging. Mainly the code access not working. Exploring gas town was a nice part of staying in this area. «Unfortunately we arrived to an inaccessible balcony as they were renovating. At checkin there was no initial advisement of shutting down the pool for the entire week so that we could have at minimum took advantage of it before it closed. Due to shoulder season we picked this hotel based on its outdoor hot tubs/pool and feel the value for money was not there and no notification of Reno’s on Expedia. The room was as expected though with decent space for the five of us to rest.»

«The most important reason to choose this hotel is the location which is superb. This hotels reminds me of a cheap London hotel in the past. Carpets all over, and interior from the 60. The reason the reviews are so mixed, is because some of the rooms have been updated, others have not. So it’s like a lottery. The AC works but the window needs to be open and you need to empty the water every 6-7 hours. New AC in the new rooms though. Parking is great, just down the stairs in the basement. Enough ...

«Beware what the listing for the room says. Mine said king bed studio. Nowhere did it say it was a MURPHY bed, ie not a real mattress - plus the bed angled down towards the head. I asked front desk if it was possible to change rooms but they said the king bed rooms are not part of the hotel, that they are privately and the hotel has no control.
