«Great place to stay!»

«It is clean and tidy, and fully equipped.»

«This was a great stay. There were two rooms in the host’s basement, one with two twin beds and one with a queen. The host was super friendly and easy to talk to. We told them we’d be arriving early and they let us drop our bags off at the house, which was a huge help. We also did laundry as well, which was convenient for us. The location is a 10 min walk to the bus stop. There were a few food spots we tried that were great (10-20 min walk). The area is also nice if you just want to go for a ...

«Host charged EXTRA MONEY for cleaning fee which wasn't shown in lisring but when I paid it’s almost double the price of listing. I understand tax but cleaning fee is very new thing and listing was non refundable»

«Great place to stay.»

«This was a cute little room in a very quiet and peaceful part of Vancouver. The room itself was clean and decently sized/cozy. The location itself isn’t super convenient as there are no real walkable stores or shops since it’s a very residential area. If you’re just stopping by briefly, this is a good place to spend the night. Will note that it was a bit difficult to locate the place at night as there wasn’t a lot of lighting outside. «Good clean space»

«My daughters said it was great. Everything went smoothly. They felt safe, it was clean and quiet.»

«It was very cozy and nice for a night stay! Host was very communicative and kind. Very good place at a short notice :)»

«It's a basement suite which may be relevant to some people. We didn't know that when we booked but it was fine. The hostess is incredibly friendly and helpful. Perfect location for what we wanted.»

«The apartment was spotless. And hosts were very accommodating. We really enjoyed our stay .. Bars and restaurants were in easy walking distance Loved it»

«Great location»

«Of the dozens and dozens of short term accommodations I have stayed in this one wins! It is beautifully appointed in both looks and practicality. I have rarely slept in a more comfortable bed. The neighbourhood is charming and easily accessible to every day needs. Highly recommended!»

«Deception! Don’t be fooled: this is not a one-bedroom apartment. It’s a small bedroom on a floor with two other bedrooms, and the bathroom and kitchen are shared, There is practically no privacy. When we arrived, I explained that the ad and photos were deceptive and made it seem like a suite, so the owner (Minh) agreed to let us cancel with a full refund. But later when I contacted support for the refund Minh denied that and only gave a 50% refund. Not cool.»

«The room was very clean. The instructions to the property was hard to find I will suggest to have a picture of the house in the advertise not just the inside of the room, the number will need to have more lighting outside.»

«Good location and comfy bed. Highly recommended!»

«We spent 3 weeks in this apartment and it was just perfect: very clean, a warm welcome upon our arrival, and above all, the neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful. I highly recommend it! ✨️»
