«Given the rate, I did not have high expectations; however, cleanliness is an area that could be improved. The fridge and microwave were not cleaned, which may have been an oversight. The bedsheets also had hair on them, so I wasn’t entirely sure if they had been changed after the previous guest checked out.»

«The room was comfortable but starting to show wear. Little things like the soap dish was upside down and shower curtain too low, fraying of carpet. The staff more than made up for any downfall. They were all so friendly and pleasant, gave us rooms close to each other. The breakfast was very good, and the cook was excellent. Changed breakfast into a good experience and we left with big hugs from him. He’s part of the family now now. So a great rating from us »

«It was how I expected»

«Jen helped me with my bags and took the time to talk. A lovely woman. She’s so welcoming. The room and bathroom were as spotless as always. The bed and pillows are always so comfortable and the location is right in town so you can walk everywhere. The lake is a short drive as well as hiking trails. I love the old hardwood floors , and comfy furnishings in the common areas. The kitchen is so spacious and has 2 stoves , big fridge and anything you need from Brita coffee makers to plates cups and ...

«I think it was a good place to stay. It's a bit loud near the highway but the window is very good at blocking the sound. Better than you'd expect for the price.»

«Very cosy cabana. Everything you need is there which was hard to believe initially. Every time I thought something was missing, there it was.The hot tub and outdoor propane fire pit were highly inviting and enjoyable as well. Random cat popped by and hung out for awhile too. »
